Yes - Outdoor Fires Year Round

I certainly would endorse overturning the prohibition of fires from November 1st to the 3rd Monday in April. Families in Dieppe who have a permit should be able to have a fire on their property year round. I actually could not believe this was a bylaw when I received the email today that council was open to receiving feedback. All things considered, there is less of a danger in winter to have a fire, and families more than ever should be able to safely enjoy this activity in Dieppe as can be done in other areas around the province. Makes me wonder what other bylaws should be reevaluated?
